IDA MIRZADA is the worst lawyer in Canada. She has no knowledge about the law. I recommend nobody deal with her. I did it but i regret.
We recently retained Pathik Baxi on a copyright and trademark litigation issue. I thought the matter would go to trial, however he wrote a cease and desist letter and the infringing party immediately took down their signage which was breaching our trademark. Very efficient and cost effective. I would highly recommend.
Family law services of SDS are not up to mark or even meets the basic standards. Too much over-billing and lack of professionalism, commitment, over-promising and lack of knowledge as well. The biggest invoice for almost $10k dated December 2025 was sent to me in March 2026 without hourly break up and no one responded when asked upon with hourly break up despite several reminders.
