Warranty is a complete trick. Any mattress that sags even an inch is NOT OK. I got a BR800 with a adjustable base from mattress firm and after two years my mattress looks and feels like a roller coaster. No warranty apply unless it's badly sagged or sagging for more that 1.5 inches, so be prepared to wake up painfully for 3 or more years until the mattress fit their warranty specs if you are lucky. I bought 2 i6000 office chairs & both have uneven arms. Let Serta know about it, they directed me to affiliate company. They sent replacement arms that were STILL uneven! Reached back out to Serta in a couple of different ways; they did NOT send me correction arms. They really didn't care that arms are not right.

What a fraudster, when you claim your warranty honestly, they deny you and come up with nonsense excuses and policies. Where were those policies when a customer buys the whole set from your store and you don't tell them that this won't cover the warranty of this mattress. When a mattress becomes defective you bring up all those policies. On other side there are people scamming the hell out of ya all by submitting some other base and mattress so just they can get a new mattress. 7 years into a 10 yr warranted Serta Mattress and it's failing, Serta says the store where I bought it is responsible for the warranty, store says Serta is responsible, finger pointing galore, Serta you suck, let's just say it, way to stand behind your product. Mattress was made at Massachusetts plant, you call their customer service line they don't answer. The "local rep" doesn't return calls. The local rep chances weekly, the local rep doesn't respond to the stores inquiries.

Don't buy any Serta products on any online store platform. The delivery was scheduled and confirmed, so I took a half-day off work. However, the shipping company, RXO didn't show up and didn't provide any notification. I was unable to reschedule for redelivery at my preferred date and time. This experience has been highly unsatisfactory. Consequently, I lost half a day's pay for nothing. Always check if RXO is the delivery company for any large purchases. Your schedule will get messed up.
