Love the bank and the employees are awesome
These people are amazing! Daphne and Elijah went above and beyond to get us set up with accounts. They were super friendly and patient. Love love loooooove my new bank.
We had been banking with them for 3 to 4 years and they closed our account due to a big deposit for my mother and she had been handling her business she even told them out her mouth that she made all the transaction. They closed her account for using cash app to pay her bills and send money she wanted to send to her grand kids ext... It was a mess but truist took use and said they had no problem with her using her money freely and they would try and make her more.
One of the most important things about finding a good bank is the people there, the people that are in charge of handling my money is a big deal to me. This bank is EVERYTHING!
