Simmons Bank cancel my debit card without notifying me. I didn’t find out until I was trying to make a significant transaction and my card was declined. I contacted banking support and they instructed me to drive to this branch location to get a replacement debit card. I could hear somebody from this branch on the other line with support collecting my banking information and details and I informed them how far from the bank I lived and that I was on my way.
