I used simmons bank for years. I recently found they were approving charges I didn't authorize. I tried closing my account before the next fraudulent charge went through, but they said they couldn't close it with pending transactions, though they were fraudulent. The next day there weren't supposed to be pending charges, so they were supposed to close my account.
