I have been banking with Simmons Bank before it was Simmons bank for 35+ years. The branch in Burleson is far the most incompetent and rudiest I have ever delt with in my time. One of the clerks I was trying to deal with some fraud charges, would not let me speak without her making a point to speak over me! I had to finally ask for her manager.
