Called bank about a letter received about a dormant account. Told them we still need the account. Said I had to make a deposit or withdrawal. Told them, no I just called them so they knew we were still in business. She told me that was the only way to get it off this status. Told her I would just close the account, she said ok. So I went to branch and closed the account. 6 figures. The branch staff were so nice, but the phone staff need to understand we have a choice in banks.
Staff is extremely rude.
I did a deposit on Friday May 6th. And well that money did not go into my account. I have not had a very good experience with Simmons Bank period in the short time I have had an account!
