I have had a painfully stressful day. Making a bank run can easily be stressful as well. However, Eric made the entire interaction a rather pleasant one. This location is not my normal. He has never seen me before, but was able to treat me like the most well known important client without any effort. Thanks Eric, I was having a horrible day, leaving with a much better mood to face the rest of my day with. Honestly, thank you!
