They refused to cash a check, a Simmons bank check because I don't have an account with them. For the past year I've been cashing a check here weekly with no account and without any problems until today. Do better.
Staff is good overall (shout out to the ever amazing Jeremy who always takes care of the family.) but this facility lacks proper ADA compliance for those with physical limitations or disabilities. Staff is consistently unwilling to let people in through the side door where there is broken sidewalk, no clearly marked handicap parking, and a sign telling people to use the front entrance that has steps.
