My husband and I have had accounts with Simmons at the Clarksville branch since 2011 they were great to deal with, unfortunately the new bank manager has been a real handful very rude and is not at all about customer service, she does not seem to want to try to keep ur business, so we have pulled our money and my employer has also closed their accounts as well. She is very pleasant until you have an issue.
I've been banking with them for a few months and get all my direct deposits on time. Never any issues, the staff is pleasant, kind and professional. I'm glad I chose this bank for my paycheck to be direct deposited.
