Worst bank to be part of. Communication is terrible, customer service is terrible. You can’t use your card or transfer funds anytime after 6/7pm CT because of “updates” or whatever the person on the phone calls it at that time. Nobody ever knows anything and has to direct you to a supervisor. It’s like playing atm with a child and monopoly money, they never know anything! I wish I could give them a -5/5 stars. Shut this bank down.
Opened a new acct.stephanie did a great job.also they do have safe deposit boxes available.
I come here once a month every month! Always drive thru, never inside since Covid. There’s usually a older very friendly lady at the window or a young man..every single time it’s been either of those two at the window. This time I pull up to the drive thru and as should, pressed the push button to get their attention. Pushed it once and waited a good 5 minutes!! No one came.
