I joined because they started to charge $10 to cash a check drawn on their bank if you didn't have an account. Then they charge $3/month to send you a statement unless you download their app for digital statement only. I was with them only 4 days before the next statement and they charged me the $3. Apparently you have to download the app before you leave the bank. I must cash my paycheck occasionally and that is the ONLY reason I have an account or do any business with them. I had applied for loan with Simmons and had escrow down on property. They changed my contract three times and after the time period to get my escrow down back. They charge $30 for safety deposit box. A lawyer told me what they did was illegal.
