I had applied for loan with Simmons and had escrow down on property. They changed my contract three times and after the time period to get my escrow down back. They charge $30 for safety deposit box. A lawyer told me what they did was illegal.
Closed my accounts. I went in through the drive thru to pull out $5,000 and was told over the loud speaker I did not have enough in my account. I told her to check again and I had $258,000 in there needless to say I got my $5,000.
Phone service stinks badly!😡
