This is one of the worst banks ever. Either working for them or if you're a customer. Absolutely terrible. I brought a check in to have it cashed and I'm not a customer there with good reason. Now even more so I find out they charge $10 to cash a check that is drawn off of them? I didn't realize Simmons Bank was hurting this bad for money. This is no wonder people are pulling accounts and going to other Banks.
Absolutely great, the people are so friendly and professional.
