ATM took my withdrawal and began to restart. Went in to get my money, to wait 15-20 mins for them to give me a phone number, to go get my money back myself.. Less than helpful, don't recommend.
The ladies here are great always friendly & willing to help with anything they can! By far the best bank I have been into in Dade County!
Went in to deposit a check today, Not one person greeted me when I walked into the door. The lady who waited on me was rude, very unfriendly. I never talked to me pretty the whole time. Except for telling me you know We're gonna have to put ahold on this right. Only respectful employees you have with great customer service and friendly is Lindsey. Went through the other day to deposit some cash Lindsey waited on me she is always very friendly. Simmons customer service is a lot better then it use to be.
