Customer service sucks here and you can’t get any of your questions answered. This bank went to crap after everyone left and now they can’t keep people. I can see why. Bank says the restaurants we go to are the issue for the double charges, the restaurant says it’s the bank. One charge is already out of pending and has finished coming out that is the final charge. The other charge is pending and will stay like that for 4-5 more days before we get our money back. Kind of annoying if you ask me. This is the 3rd time now this h... read more
I have always been treated well here. The staff are just lovely and they will go out of their way to make sure that I have been well taken care of. 4/3/2023 Still getting the same great service and customer care. I have always been treated well. They keep me informed and help me with whatever comes my way. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
