Just switched from Chase Bank. Mrs, Ana Pineda was more than helpful even under the circumstances I had of coming in within the last 10 minutes of closing. Wonderful bank and I recommend you switch to Simmons Bank. Very personable.
i love this place
So disappointed in this bank. My daughter and I opened a custodial savings account with $250 about 2 years ago. Just went and closed the account which we have never made a withdrawal from and got $179 out. They have been charging my daughter every month for an account fee. I got a letter stating they were going to start charging an additional $10 a month to keep the Account open. This is totally ridiculous to nickel and dime children like this.
