Just switched from Chase Bank. Mrs, Ana Pineda was more than helpful even under the circumstances I had of coming in within the last 10 minutes of closing. Wonderful bank and I recommend you switch to Simmons Bank. Very personable.
i love this place
So disappointed in this bank. My daughter and I opened a custodial savings account with $250 about 2 years ago. Just went and closed the account which we have never made a withdrawal from and got $179 out. They have been charging my daughter every month for an account fee. I got a letter stating they were going to start charging an additional $10 a month to keep the Account open. This is totally ridiculous to nickel and dime children like this. Best Business bank in town! I chose a major national bank when starting my company & strongly considered an online only bank. Over the years, as we grew, it became clear we needed more personalized care. We are attempting to buy our first office, Dyanna Mccoy, with SoT stepped in at a moment's notice with the intelligence, focus and connections that make a difference. We don't have our accounts there yet but you can bet we will be moving everything to them soon.
