I just talked to Simmons Bank who I have been banking with for years about some questionable charges on my account. I had the pleasure of speaking with Aurial. She was extremely helpful and put my mind at ease with prompt attention to my issues. Thankyou again Ms Auriel and I apologize if I spelt your name wrong.
Absolutely the worst bank I've ever experienced. They want to charge a $10 fee for a check from their OWN bank!! Walmart doesn't charge even half that. I will NEVER open an account here and will tell others the same.
