The Houston Levy branch has professional, customer oriented staff, full services including notary, safety deposit boxes, . . . very clean environment and friendly staff. The Simmons web site is user friendly and dependable. This bank has convenient parking, ATM, and drive through access. This bank also has telephone account access if our internet is down. As. a Simmons Bank customer for more than ten years, this bank has maintained their customer service and technology linked services.
I have refinanced with Triumph Bank twice now, and both times worked with Corey Chafin. He is always fast to respond, very clear with next steps (love the new videos to explain the behind-the-scenes processes!), and handles the entire process professionally. Laura Echtenkamp was the processor this time and was friendly, also very fast with responses, and helpful with any questions. I highly recommend working with them!
