We truly enjoy the small bank experience. We go to the Montgomery Branch and everyone is always so nice & helpful. We have never had an issue with our accounts like some of our friends who are at other banks in the area. Its so nice to be a name, not just a number .
This bank is the worse. They were great when they were Spirit of Texas, but are terrible since Simmons took over. I have several accounts with them & have literally been there every month, sometimes several times a month to resolve issues. If I list all the issues, it would be a novel. Needless to say, I'm closing all my accounts there. Bank there at your own risk because they are terrible.
Don't waste your time, didn't have full access to my funds, ATM would not workand they charged me 30 bucks to close my account. I try to support local but worst bank ever.
