This bank is the worse. They were great when they were Spirit of Texas, but are terrible since Simmons took over. I have several accounts with them & have literally been there every month, sometimes several times a month to resolve issues. If I list all the issues, it would be a novel. Needless to say, I'm closing all my accounts there. Bank there at your own risk because they are terrible.
Don't waste your time, didn't have full access to my funds, ATM would not workand they charged me 30 bucks to close my account. I try to support local but worst bank ever.
This is the absolute worst bank I've ever dealt with. Their policies are terrible but to add to it, the Montgomery branch is incompetent to say the least. They have made mistake after mistake with our accounts. Once they deposited money into the wrong account and when we called to tell them about it, they told us to just move the money over.
