Should be illegal to have 4 overdrafts, almost $150, with an 8K balance on "hold" because it's a disability check that "needs verification" if that's the way disabled people are treated at Simmons Bank, they will no longer have my business. I'm closing my 15 year old account as soon as the hold comes off of my money. I've been waiting on back payment since September.
