I visited the Lincoln branch because I live about 15 minutes away, the purpose of the visit was to switch an estate account into my name. I was informed that would not be a process they could complete because it was their managers "early day" and they had just left, and their assistant manager could not make the same decisions. They suggested I drive to Springdale at 4pm because their manager was still working.
