Absolutely great bank! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
Everyone at the bank was friendly and helpful. My business for today was handled quickly and easily.
I called to figure out some things that were on my on-line account that I disagreed with and I waited for over 10 min on hold and when I tried to return to the main menu as an option , it would not go there . I do not have time for more automated b's . I just needed to speak with a human being . And I know the Simmons bank in my small town is not that busy .
