I went with my best friend, it is her bank. It was a really beautiful bank. It was different, in stead of standing in a line they come to you and take you to their desk. If they are all busy you go sit in the lobby in these really nice chairs. It is really unique bank. Warren was the teller that she talked to. He was great and very helpful and took care of what she needed!!
Needed to get a new debit card, which now has to br done in the bank. They were quick to take care of me!
Wonderful people .......beautiful bldg and even serve coffee!. I'm changing banks!!!!!
We had a rather disappointing experience at the bank as we entered and found ourselves waiting for 30 minutes without any acknowledgment or assistance from the staff. Despite observing bank employees moving back and forth, they showed no interest in offering their help or addressing our needs. Consequently, we made the decision to take our business elsewhere, and we are pleased with that choice, as we received better service elsewhere. I would not recommend this bank based on my experience.
