This bank treats people like they are criminals. My husband is blue collar worker. He has to walk into this bank to cash a check from McMinn County Court house. The teller is so rude every time. Today she says "Smile for the camera" there is no reason to be rude to people. I would NEVER EVER open an account at this branch just based off the way these tellers treat someone cashing a check for one their clients. It's disgusting, next time I will get a name. I was in a hurry and started to pull off without my money from the ATM. Instead of simply looking in the cameras and helping me get my last $80 back, they treated me like I was lying because I wasn't a customer. I work hard for my money and need my money. Now I am having to jump through hoops to get my own money back. This is ridiculous. Saying it could take up to a month the make right. No one was behind me in line. I have been very satisfied with Simmons Bank I had to report my card used improperly by a company I ordered from and in minutes they had reported and cleared and printed me a new card and I was good to go so I have no problems with these people they’re wonderful
I called the Congress Parkway branch to ask questions about my debit card. I had lost my debit card the day before & I called to ask about my husband's debit card not working for some reason. The woman that answered at first she was nice & answered my questions then she asked to speak to my husband because it was his card. When he got on the phone she asked him his last 4 digits of his phone number. I tried to speak up & say it but she interrupted me very rudely & said he had to say it.
