I changed banks several years ago because my prior bank of many yrs. was so bad it’s crazy. Since changing to Simmons yrs. back I have had many dealings with the bank branch representatives and the main phone customer service dept. I have never once had a negative experience with Simmons. Before writing this review I saw several bad reviews done on Simmons in the Yellow Pages app. That is what prompted me to do a review. No Concern for Customer Care: This bank is unbelievable. They will not listen to reason and will mess up your credit report for a small error. I work for a big financial company who really cares about their customers. I am shocked by the rigidity of their customer service. I closed my account and advise everyone to steer clear. There are a lot of better banks to give your money to, who will treat you with respect.
DON"T bank with these people!!! If you cross them even by the tiniest measure, they will go after you for everything you own. Truly despicable bank.
I usually dont give my opinion about businesses but Simmons bank is the worst bank ever! I hate that they brought out Metropolitan bank. I was with Metro bank since 2000 and never had a problem with my accounts. Ever since Simmons took overy account was hit with so many crazy fees. I was told that I wouldn't like Simmons but I was giving them the henefit of doubt. I should have listen! Simmons sucks!!! If you looking for a bank please do not bank with Simmons. Highly disappointed with their services!!!
