The bank tellers are very friendly and professional, but everything else doesn't suggest success is the first priority. It can be quite unfair to review a business during the ongoing labor crisis, but my complaints are as follows: 1) Slow service times. 15 minute waits are not uncommon. Occasionally, 25 or 30 minute wait times occur. For deposit processing and check cashing, they lag behind their competitors. 2) Poor facilities maintenance.
