Linsay is probably one of the best teller customer service representatives that I've ever encountered. She was enthusiastic. She was helpful. I did not feel like she was rushing me at all. There was no one else behind me in line. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She was easy to speak with.
I've enjoyed banking with Simmons 1st since I was Freshmen at UAPB. Class of 1997. 1993 Freshmen!!
Nice people. Best credit card around.
Manager here was supposed to mail out card and never received it. Did not get his name but I have lost faith in this bank. Do not recomend it here, but don't recommend Simmons Bank in general.Will give online banks a try
