Customer friendly, especially to new faces. I visited two competitors that wouldn't help me open a savings account. Here, I was greeted with a smile and promptly helped. Thank you to the kind ladies at this branch who were some of the first people to welcome us to the neighborhood! 😊
After years of good customer service and honesty the best banking experience I’ve had. A new lady was hired and now dictating what I can can’t wear. I can’t say enough about the other employees who’ve been helping for years now. And I really appreciate them so much. And I hate that I’m gonna be having to find a new bank now. Linsay is probably one of the best teller customer service representatives that I've ever encountered. She was enthusiastic. She was helpful. I did not feel like she was rushing me at all. There was no one else behind me in line. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She was easy to speak with.
I've enjoyed banking with Simmons 1st since I was Freshmen at UAPB. Class of 1997. 1993 Freshmen!!
