Should not be open. They are not customer focused. They don’t know what they are doing. Very unprofessional. Asked for a manager. The guy who works there asked for what. I’m from a different world where bank managers actually interact with customers when tellers aren’t equipped. I have another account with Regions. I closed my account with Simmons today. My advice is Choose another bank… I ended up going to another Simmons. I just don’t use this particular branch. Simmons is still a good bank.

I don't remember her name but I believe that her last name was DeRhonda, she need to be commended on the service that I received not only is she a good teller but she made sure that I was in a conferrable area when she counted back the amount of money that I had gotten out since there was so many people. she also checked to make sure that it wasn't a scam before I made my withdrawal.

Worst bank in the state of Arkansas. Poorly and rudely managed. Can't keep steady workers. This branch always has to borrow employees.

Simmons Bank in Saline County and maybe others, make it difficult for African Americans to open new accounts. Looking at the reviews I feel them reviewing my application is a blessing.
