Worst bank in the state of Arkansas. Poorly and rudely managed. Can't keep steady workers. This branch always has to borrow employees.
Simmons Bank in Saline County and maybe others, make it difficult for African Americans to open new accounts. Looking at the reviews I feel them reviewing my application is a blessing.
Simmons is constantly scamming customers out of money with junk fees, their customer support agents need to be sent back to kindergarten, and the Benton branch is the absolute worst I've ever dealt with. I've spent an hour on the phone every day this week with Simmons because I can't deposit checks and they can't seem to work out the problem. DO NOT MOVE TO SIMMONS BANK! No matter how bad your current bank is, Simmons is the worst.
