I had to open a new checking account due to identity theft. I had taken me 12 trips to the bank to get the new account to work properly. The online banking still doesn’t work properly. This branch alway has to call someone else to solve a problem. It seems no one knows how. The man teller is super arrogant. I deal with the main bank now.
