They know they are rude to the customer when they won't give their last name. As a matter of fact Leslie says she doesn't have a last name.
I went in with my brother, who had a few issues.. They were friendly, helpful, kind, and resolved all his issues and more. Very Appreciated to have trustworthy staff to help him when needed.
