Very friendly staff.
I agree that Simmons automated phone system sucks but I have never had any problems when contacting this branch on the phone or in person. All personnel at this location have always been very friendly and extremely helpful.
I loved landmark, but this new bank is horrible, you cant ever get through by phone, sit in commercial lane for 30 mintues before I was waited on. Time to find a new bank. Cant even use automated system it just drops you.
