No Concern for Customer Care: This bank is unbelievable. They will not listen to reason and will mess up your credit report for a small error. I work for a big financial company who really cares about their customers. I am shocked by the rigidity of their customer service. I closed my account and advise everyone to steer clear. There are a lot of better banks to give your money to, who will treat you with respect.
DON"T bank with these people!!! If you cross them even by the tiniest measure, they will go after you for everything you own. Truly despicable bank.
I usually dont give my opinion about businesses but Simmons bank is the worst bank ever! I hate that they brought out Metropolitan bank. I was with Metro bank since 2000 and never had a problem with my accounts. Ever since Simmons took overy account was hit with so many crazy fees. I was told that I wouldn't like Simmons but I was giving them the henefit of doubt. I should have listen! Simmons sucks!!! If you looking for a bank please do not bank with Simmons. Highly disappointed with their services!!!

It was alright to deal with on my own personal reasons. The problem is what I'am having isn't with the bank it with a certain company that bank with you all. The company is Atlantic Marketing & Logistics Management Inc. It deal with Market Research and I want to know if you have that account within your banking establishment.
