I visited the bank August 8th. I had to wait a long time to deposit my checks since there was only one teller. I asked the manager to find another teller, but there was no one available. Usually, the manager or the customer service agents help with the customers in line to move things forward when there is a long line.
I have to leave one star because I can't leave 0 and put a review. Simmons bank is the absolute worse bank ever if you use this bank. Turn and run they have so much fraud and the worst customer service. They give you cards that don't work and then you are unable your access your money all weekend. Absolutely the worst bank ever. I wouldn't recommend using them to anyone.
The ABSOLUTE WORST! I’ve been having issues this location since the location on NW Expressway was closed down.
