Madison and Matt were incredibly patient and helpful for me in opening multiple accounts even on a day when the branch was busy. The interactions I was able to observe between the customers and staff at the counter all seemed to be handled in a professional manner
Teller, Madison Sneed, at the Waterford location in OKC is incredibly rude and argumentative. She thinks her rules supersede state law. She acts like a spoiled child. I have witnessed her being rude to several customers as well as myself. Simmons should be ashamed for continuing to employ Madison.
Worst bank in history is Simmons bank I promise u !! U get fraud alerts every transaction u make and I’ve had my account for 7+ years and it still happens to this day on paying bills etc it alerts fraud and locks the card then u gotta stay on phone with them to go over every transaction to confirm and it’s just a repeat cycle every payment made from your card !! The bank lady at drive thru messed up my check deposit and put it in another lady’s account then she called me to blame me for it when I clearly put my ID with every... read more
