Lyndsie was very outgoing when I visited the branch. She does a great job of making clients feel important. I am glad that she works there!
Horrible customer service that goes out of their way to be unhelpful. It takes forever to find anything out and they make sure you know that they do not care about you as a customer, nor do they offer services almost every other bank offers like medallion signature guarantees, horrible bank
Tremendous service! Amanda and her team went above and beyond to solve a complex nonstandard problem for me. Would recommend this branch to anyone!
Always disappointed with this location. The ATM is often down so you unable to deposit or receive cash. Today there was a paper sign posted that the branch saying the lobby would be closed from 12-12:45. It’s really unfortunate for people who work during regular bank hours and are needing in person banking. Especially after being closed for a three day weekend.
I love all of these people that work here. They give exceptional customer service. It always makes my day to see them! Just love this bank.
