If you want your time wasted, if you wish for non of their account advertisements to be fulfilled WITH ABSOLUTELY NO EXPLANATION then this is your place. Also, if you walk in and wonder why 80% of the building is empty (other ones too); this is probably a part of it.
One star because I can't leave zero stars. I went in to cash a check and didn't have an account there but the person who wrote me the check did. They wanted to charge me a $10 service charge TO CASH THEIR OWN CHECK. Screw that.
I've been with this bank for over 30 years and have never had any issues! The employees have always been friendly and helpful!
Phenomenal customer service. Very patient, kind and knowledgeable. Juli Wolak and Carrie Grimes went above and beyond to serve my needs. Great bank! Peaceful atmosphere and it’s clean from top to bottom! Definitely need to switch banks or just drop in and check for yourself!!!
Please bank anywhere else but here. They are unfriendly, unhelpful and unwilling to even try to correct this. Glad we closed our accounts and moved to a local bank that provides outstanding customer service.
