We had a bank account with them and because I had a check deposit they thought was fraudulent they closed our account without notice and sent us s a cashiers check in the mail for the balance. My wife was a a veteran and had her retirement check was direct deposited into this account. Left us without a dime for two weeks. Do not use his bank
I've had an account with this bank for over 30 years. Long before it became Simmons. There are good professionals at most of the branches, but the manager of the Conway branch is the most unprofessional piece of work I've ever encountered at a bank. The only think I've found him to be good at is lying. He is certainly a strong argument for changing banks.
Fraud prevention, but only during business hours. Fraud prevention all day if debit/credit card.
