I ABSOLUTELY love the workers here. They are always helpful. Especially my girls up at the front. But how in the world am I supposed to get any of my bank stuff done when their lobby is closed after 4:30 to 5. And closed all weekend???? Like I have to take off work to get anything done. That’s just not a good bank to me.
I have been with Simmons since 2022. I have had issues with my card on numerous occasions, I went to the ATM and it said I reached my daily limit. Well, I haven't pulled money in over 2 months. So I went straight in the branch to advise. The teller (whose fault is was not) advised me the funds were taken out and that money is gone. So now I'm out several hundred dollars and no record of it.
