Great atmosphere!Very helpful staff!
After being with this bank for over 15 years I canceled all my account. I have finally got tired of the trouble customer service and random fees. This bank has forgotten that there is a bank on ever corner in this area. Any of which would be happy to hold your money. I would recommend any other bank but Simmons bank.
Everyone I’ve encountered that works here was very friendly to me and quick to help. Seems like they really care about customer satisfaction. The manager is great. It’s my favorite bank albeit the only I’ve ever used.
