Everyone at this location is kind and helpful.
I came into this location to update my name since I got married. According to the women I spoke to I need approval of the other signer on an account I have joint ownership with? After I called customer service and they told me I just needed to bring my documents in by myself. I'm disappointed that they are asking me to get the approval from a joint account owner when I offered them more legal documents of the name change than they would ever need.

After being with this bank for over 15 years I canceled all my account. I have finally got tired of the trouble customer service and random fees. This bank has forgotten that there is a bank on ever corner in this area. Any of which would be happy to hold your money. I would recommend any other bank but Simmons bank.
