I have had nothing but excellent service from this branch with everybody in there going above and beyond. They are pleasant on the phone. They are pleasant in person, and they will resolve your problems if any are occurring. Claudia and Shasta Are extremely pleasant and nice and will help you with all of your banking needs.
I have been a customer for over 20+ years and when I walked in last week ,barley had the door open ,I get a half way yell from a woman behind the counter " Can I help you " ? Giving me the look I shouldn't be in here, I was not about to yell back so when I was at the counter ...no , How are you , what can i help you with etc . When I was done ...again,no have a nice day etc. If things go this way I will take my $ to another Bank where I get treated like a valued Customer!
This is a review of the ATM. No fees for USAA checking account holders. The only downside is that you can't select bill denominations - only $20 bills are given.
