Been going here for years, staff keeps changing for some reason but they do their best to get you in & out quickly. This location is a small but also a clean one. Would recommend to others. F Staff is friendly!
A client wrote out a $400 check to one of my businesses from their account at Simmons. Despite having my driver's license AND documentation from the Secretary of State proving that I own the business, they refused to cash the check instead suggesting that I contact my client and have them re-issue the check in my name -- despite the payment being for my business. Shady, rude, and clueless staff at this bank guarantee I will never move any of my accounts to Simmons. Good work, team!
