Had a School Sallie Mae grant check and literally went from the school to the bank to deposit it and the lady Teller told me that I had to have the school use a rubber stamp to endorse it after the lady at school already endorsed the check, which is highly illegal, she proceeded to tell me that they couldn't deposit the check and they were going to put a 7-Day hold on it because they weren't sure if the check would come back..?? Everyone so kind. I had just lost my husband and sold our house after living there for about a year. I needed to cash/deposit the escrow check and your staff could not have been kinder, I moved back California about three months ago and they will help me close that account and transfer my balance to my credit Union here in CA.
