Simmons Bank as a whole is pretty disappointing, but I feel like this branch is the most difficult to work with and has the slowest customer service.
Avoid this bank at all cost especially the Martin Luther King branch in Fayetteville stood in line 15 minutes waiting to cash a check drawn on Simmons bank then they tell me they have to charge $10 because I don’t have an account there well the damn check was drawn on their bank. Don’t go to this bank for anything. The one guy standing there looking like he’s lost in the teller that helped me had to flirt with the girl for 15 minutes, making everybody else wait
Everyone at this branch recently left at the same time. Since then, I have made FOUR attempts to have the new Branch Manager (Mark) call me over an issue with my account. He is yet to call me back. I’m closing my account in the near future due to Simmons’ poor customer service along with them wanting to charge me for making cash deposits (waived by senior management once already).
