I’ve banked at Simmons since it was Metropolitan. I’ve stood by and watched the service become non existent. I don’t recognize anyone anymore, there are new faces every week, I’ve asked for things to get done that never get done and it’s always at my expense. I’ve been without a debit card for my business for almost two years and have heard every excuse imaginable. if you're looking for a good bank to make you feel welcomed and that "small town" feeling this isn't it. there turnover rate is horrible, I used to love this bank but now with all the new people it's just not the same. plus they're not open on Saturdays. I will be closing my accounts this week.
