If I could give a zero I would. Went in to add spouse to the account and deposit more money into the account. Wanda huffed rolled her eyes and said she would have to find the person to help us. While we were waiting we over heard her complain about us. We understood that it was a little before 4:30 and they closed at 5:00, but this is no way to treat someone who has money at your bank.
