Every time I’ve been to this location I’ve been treated with such kindness. Today really showed me why I love Simmons and this branch in particular so much. Marbella was helping me with a problem where it was unclear what was wrong at first- but instead of telling me to come back another day, she started calling people and sending emails trying to figure out what was wrong and how to fix it.
