Couldn’t hate this place more! Rude, condescending and predatory practices IMO.
Worst Simmons bank I have ever experienced. Several things were messed up on my people’s ends at this bank and weren’t adjusted until months later. Got to the point to where I switched banks, wouldn’t suggest using this bank in the Kansas City area.
I am self employed and paid Simmons Bank at Mt Vernon over 36,000 per year in interest for my business loan for years.. now I live near Lees Summit and have sold that business .. this branch questions every check, every deposit, and puts a hold on every time. It’s like I’m new and they question every transaction I make. It should still be Simmons and I feel I should have earned their trust by now . Will be changing banks.
