Absolute WORST bank EVER!!!! They are not open on Saturday or really ANY DAY that I have needed service from them. Terrible customer service. Don't waste your time with this bank - go somewhere else. Save yourself the hassle. It has taken me WEEKS to close my account with them. WEEKS.

Sharles Trice is a great person even though she gives me a hard time. Also Casey Raiford is a great person I go to her for money and she makes me talk.🤣 these two are great people. They remember my name even though I barely come in.

I have banked at Simmons Bank for several years. Their front end employees have always been courteous and helpful. However, the bank's policies are far from rewarding loyalty...the exact opposite...the policies punish loyal customers. CD renewals...they automatically renew a CD much lower than current CD rates. When rates were being offered mid 4's at other financial institutions...Simmons renewed mine at 2.5%.
