Has to be the worst crew at this location since Simmons bought it out. New manager “Carmen” seems to not know when policies were put in place or how they notified customers of changes. If you are at the upper level you should be able to answer any question asked, especially if it is as I was told a policy change from last year. Save your money and patience and go somewhere else.
Regular tellers are nice the majority of the time, branch manager is stuck up and doesn't know what she's doing.
Pretty bad when you are out on hold for over 7 minutes and no one comes back to say anything!!!!!
