Bad service with bad attitude I was waiting in the line for 15 minutes because I needed $160.00 worth of change for my business This lady had told me do you have an account with us? We started when this was Metropolitan Bank. That was a good bank. This place is not a bad bank but it's not a great bank either. They never answer the phone. NEVER. All these other banks are making news for lowering the bounced check fees to $10, $15. This bank here just UPPED their bounced check fees to $36 per check. I don't bounce a check often but, when I do, I like to do it well. Those $36 fees add up so pardon us if we switch banks soon.
