DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!! After telling me I could cash my money order at the bank, I drove 30min to cash it and was told they wouldn't cash it. After pointing out that I was told that I could, they were like oh well... Filing a serious complaint with their main office.

I was there for about an hour trying to open an account and I was waiting to be attended and I noticed that I wasn’t assisted or acknowledged at all. People came in after me and were quickly assisted. And yet when it was empty, I was still not being assisted or acknowledged at all. It felt like I was being avoided purposely. And I have had problems before with this bank. this is just unjustifiable.

I have been going to this bank ever since my family and I moved into the neighborhood in 2016. This particular location has been steadily in decline since that time. This bank has always been slow, but now I usually have to wait at least 10 minutes for my transaction to be completed at the drive-up window. And don't bother going inside because it is usually worse. I usually don't complain about long wait times at places. I understand that it happens. Sign on the door and online says lobby opens at 830 am. It's 9 am on a Tuesday and light are off.

The teller of this bank is the most useless of the banks. The teller stole 100 dollars from me.
