***UPDATE***Do not expect any help from online staff when inquiring about a change you didn't make. They won't even try to reimburse you. The service online and inside are terrible and nothing like what it used to be. It's difficult to start the process of switching banks. I've used Simmons since I was 16 and I'm 47 now.
