Worst customer service. Rude. They would not do business with me even though they were still open because it was apparently too close to closing time (at 10 till closing) even though customers were still coming in the bank.

***UPDATE***Do not expect any help from online staff when inquiring about a change you didn't make. They won't even try to reimburse you. The service online and inside are terrible and nothing like what it used to be. It's difficult to start the process of switching banks. I've used Simmons since I was 16 and I'm 47 now. Sucks I'm going to have to go through all the paperwork just to find an institution that gives a damn. This one sure doesn't. OH, BTW.
