Poor management, under staffed. Long commercial window lines! I sat in front of the commercial window for 10 minutes, even waved my hand to try and get someone’s attention but nobody ever acknowledged me! I will make deposits at another Simmons location that has got it together!

I have never been treated rudely at Simmons in my 15 years of working with Simmons. Today, it was stunningly rude. Specifically, the teller, and then her manager Michael Guidry. Then, when I asked her about it, she was condescending… As if I'm stupid! Shame on you Simmons for having her work the front counter.
It’s always problems when I go here either the tellers are refusing to work or the branch manager! I came by today on my lunch break to speak with the branch manager. I was informed the branch manager is not available! No help ever.
