Simmons bank has been nothing short of a constant inconvenience for me and my family. I first started banking there when it was first state bank and it was great. From the moment Simmons took over I noticed a huge difference. The customer service at the Gallatin Tn location is awful. Ive been a customer at the same bank for almost 2 decades.
